SEGGER – First-class support
SEGGER offers first-class support directly from the development teams for each product, assuring users get an accurate answer to their questions in a very short time.
Assistance is available for issues involving RTOS and emdedded software solutions as well as registered J-Link, J-Trace, and Flasher models (excluding the J-Link OB, J-Link LITE, and J-Link EDU Mini) at any time during the first year after purchase.
For extended software or hardware support of up to two additional years, SEGGER offers the Extended Coverage option. Please note that this option can be added only at the time of purchase.
How to renew support for your SEGGER hardware
If your device is no longer eligible for support, there are two options available. You can participate in the SEGGER Trade-In Program, where you can trade in your old device for the latest hardware and immediately regain support for your new device. Alternatively, you can renew the basic support for your device by sending a request to sales@segger.com. Please include your company information and the device's serial number in your inquiry.
