embOS RTOS (real-time operating system) has been certified in accordance with TÜV SÜD Germany. Certification is compliant with IEC 61508 SIL 3, IEC 62304 Class C, and ISO 26262 ASIL D.

About Embedded Office
Based in Germany, Embedded Office GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2003. They are embedded systems specialists that focus on safety-critical applications. The company is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 and develops and supplies high-tech software for embedded systems as either turnkey solutions or individual components. If required, they support integration on the customer’s end through certification. Additionally, they offer workshops on all things associated with software products.
Licensing
embOS-Safe is available under various Embedded Software License models and delivered in source code packages. With a wide range of licensing options, embOS-Safe can fulfill commercial requirements as well as technical requirements. All licenses are one-time payments. embOS-Safe is royalty-free and not subscription-based. This makes the software a part of the equipment expenses, keeping the costs static.
